Appointments

Please make an appointment – preferably by phone – in order to avoid waiting times. If you have to cancel your appointment with us, please do it no later than one to two days in advance.
In urgent cases, in cases of acute eye infections or acute visual disorders, we are, of course, there for you immediately. Please contact us in any case in advance by telephone, fax or email. Then we can assign an appointment that suits you and us best.
We use a state-of-the-art scheduling system which meets all data protection regulations. This enables us to reduce waiting times to a minimum. Nevertheless, we do ask for your understanding if it takes some minutes until we can take care of you – we are dealing with people! And some people need more care and attention than others! And, apart from that, unforeseen emergency cases can always happen!
