With simple measures, you too can help protect yourself and others from infection.

All our rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system to guarantee a permanent exchange of filtered fresh air. This improves our rooms´ air quality significantly and meets the requirements concerning corona virus safety.

Apart from that, we air our rooms regularly. These measures help filter viruses and bacteria out of the air and transport harmful substances to the outside.

And, by doing so, we enjoy comfortable temperatures in our premises even in hot weather conditions.

Please wear a qualified face mask (best FFP2 without outlet) during your stay with us – we do so too!

A minimum distance of 1,5 meters should be maintained whenever possible, at our reception, in our wating room etc. A maximum of 4 people is allowed in our waiting room.

Please wash your hands in our washroom thoroughly and for at least 30 secounds with soap and water. Disinfectant is also available. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

During examinations and treatment, please do not talk to the staff. We talk to each other when the necessary distance can be maintained.

Stay as far as possible away from others when caughing or sneezing, better yet face away from them. Sneeze into the crook of your arm or into a paper handkerchief that you then throw away immediately.

Avoid touching other persons when greeting them.

If you recognize initial symptoms as caughing, a runny nose, sore throat and fever, please stay home and cancel your appointment with us. Get in touch with your doctor by phone and discuss how best to proceed.

Of course, our rooms are disinfected several times a day – for your and our safety and comfort.
